That the said Barque shall be ready to load cargo and to proceed with the business of this charter on the 13th current, and shall receive on board in harbour Cargo with sufficient dead weight for the vessel to sail upon, and passengers according to her Capacity as may be determined by a local Government Surveyor.

The said Barque shall receive from the said charterers passengers not exceeding her full complement according to the law of this Colony, at the date when the vessel shall be ready to be cleared and to proceed to sea, and the whole capacity of the vessel for cargo exclusive of Captain's Cabin, and the space occupied by the steerage passengers and their provisions the said Barque's crew and their provisions, the vessel's tackle, apparel, and furniture, shall be at the sole disposal of the said charterers.
